Directions from Route 87 heading North or South
Take Exit 2W (ramp for RT-5 West/Schenectady), Bear right onto Rt-5/Central Avenue (for about 2 miles), Turn right onto RT-155/New Karner Road (Rite Aid and bus stop on corner) (for about .8 mile) cross over the intersection at  Watervliet Shaker Road and we are in the plaza on the right.  We are on the second floor. It is the building perpendicular in back when you go into Shaker Pine Plaza.  The building number is in the upper left corner.
